Get ready for an unforgettable evening at the American Cancer Society’s annual Huntsville Hope Gala! This premier celebration is more than an event—it’s a powerful movement driving us closer to a world where cancer is no longer a threat. Thanks to the incredible passion of our community, the Hope Gala grows stronger and more impactful every year. And with your support, we know this year will shine brighter than ever!
Guests will enjoy an inspiring night filled with live and silent auctions, a dazzling wine pull, a local gift card grab, and countless surprises throughout the evening. The Hope Gala also proudly recognizes extraordinary community leaders whose integrity, service, and compassion are making a real difference across North Alabama. Their stories remind us why this mission matters—and why hope always wins.
Every dollar raised stays hard at work, supporting life-changing programs like critical patient services, the Joe Lee Griffin Hope Lodge, transportation to treatment, groundbreaking research, and cancer prevention education for families across our region.
Mark your calendar for August 8th and join us for a night of purpose, passion, and HOPE. Together, we’ll make this year’s Huntsville Hope Gala the most impactful yet!
The American Cancer Society provides information and resources to help patients and their loved ones manage through cancer treatment and recovery, and to help with the emotional support they need. They also work to remove barriers that stand between the patient and lifesaving treatment. For many patients with cancer, transportation challenges can create barriers to receive the treatment they need. Many people need daily or weekly treatment, often for several months. Family and friends may help, but they may not always have the time or resources to provide every ride. The American Cancer Society is proud to provide transportation assistance to those in need, by giving free rides to cancer-related medical appointments.
In 2022 alone, the American Cancer Society provided more than 323,000 rides to more than 35,000 patients in need through transportation programs.
Learn MoreFor more than 10 decades, the American Cancer Society has been dedicated to pursuing better outcomes for every cancer, every life.
